THIS REVIEW IS LONG OVERDUE!!! Katherine and Michael have changed my life. When I first met Katherine, I was in a job that I hated and searching for another job only to be met with rejection over and over again. I found Your Edge to Success while searching for a company on Yelp to help me rewrite my resume and cover letter. After a few phone calls and emails with Katherine, I knew I’d come the right place.

But Katherine sensed that I might need a little more help, so she suggested I add the Inner Game and Interview Aikido programs. That was the game changer. During the Inner Game sessions, I met with Michael and Katherine and we spoke about what I really wanted and NEEDED from my next position. I knew what I wanted but I’d never really thought about what I would need from a job. After doing my homework and really searching for what I want and need, we came up with a game plan to go after the jobs I really wanted.

I realized I was in the wrong industry, wrong line of work and my confidence was suffering from it all. With that said, Katherine and Michael not only gave my resume and cover letter a boost, but they also gave my overall confidence a boost. I still have the mantra Michael gave me on my desk at work and my mirror at home! As a result, I am currently in a job that I absolutely LOVE and my confidence is at all time high. I truly thank Katherine and Michael for all of their help, advice and push in the right direction. Words of advice: DO YOUR HOMEWORK! They give you the tools you need to land the job, but it’s up to you to make it happen! Thank you guys again!
